Media Release Agreement

The Agreement
This Media Release and Interview Consent Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between The Vow Experience Collection, LLC d/b/a The Vow Experience ("Company") and the undersigned participant ("Participant").
1. Consent to Recording and Interview
Participant voluntarily agrees to be interviewed, photographed, audio recorded, and/or video recorded by the Company during or in connection with any event, expo, conference, wedding-related gathering, promotional activity, or media project.
Participant understands that participation is entirely voluntary and that they may decline to answer any question.
2. Grant of Rights
Participant grants the Company, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, successors, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to:
- Record Participant's voice, image, likeness, appearance, statements, and interview responses;
- Photograph and film Participant;
- Edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, transmit, broadcast, and otherwise use the recordings and photographs;
- Create derivative works from such recordings or photographs;
- Use Participant's first name, last name, social media handle, city of residence, wedding date, relationship story, or other information voluntarily provided during the interview.
3. Authorized Uses
Participant acknowledges that the Company may use the content for any lawful business purpose, including but not limited to:
- Company website
- Blog articles
- Podcast episodes
- Social media platforms
- Marketing campaigns
- Advertising materials
- Promotional videos
- Educational content
- Print publications
- Public relations activities
- Future media projects
Such use may occur now or at any time in the future.
4. No Compensation
Participant understands and agrees that no compensation, royalty, payment, or other consideration will be provided in exchange for participation or for the Company's use of the recordings, photographs, or interview content.
5. Ownership
Participant acknowledges that all recordings, photographs, audio files, videos, transcripts, edited content, and related materials are and shall remain the sole property of the Company.
Participant waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product, edits, captions, commentary, or accompanying text.
6. Release of Claims
Participant releases and forever discharges the Company and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, damages, causes of action, liabilities, or expenses arising from or related to:
- The creation of recordings or photographs;
- The publication or use of such materials;
- Any editing, modification, cropping, or alteration of such materials;
- Claims relating to privacy, publicity rights, defamation, emotional distress, or intellectual property rights.
7. Participant Representations
Participant represents and warrants that:
- They are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
- They have full authority to enter into this Agreement;
- Their participation is voluntary;
- The information they provide during the interview is truthful to the best of their knowledge.
8. Revocation
Participant understands that once content has been published, distributed, or incorporated into marketing materials, it may not be possible to remove all copies from circulation.
The Company may, but is not obligated to, honor future requests for removal of content not yet published.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in Broward County, Florida.
